Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation in Florida is seeking a senior operations leader to drive lean manufacturing across the value stream and implement the Parker Lean system. You will manage a team of leaders and associates, own the Value Stream P&L and drive safety, quality, cost reductions, and on-time shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of major professional accomplishments with leadership of large teams.
• Previous P&L ownership experience preferred.
• Experience in accounting, manufacturing, inventory control, and strategic planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• LEAN process improvements/implementation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream operations, drive lean implementation and productivity gains.
• Develop and manage Team Leaders and associates, budgets and performance.
• Oversee P&L ownership, cost analysis and manufacturing productivity.
• Coordinate with off shift management and order shipments.
• Foster continuous improvement culture and safety compliance.
