Job summary

Parker Aerospace, part of Parker Hannifin, seeks a Value Stream Team Leader to oversee the plant value stream(s) operations and drive Lean initiatives. You will lead associates, support daily manufacturing priorities, and work under the Value Stream Manager to reduce costs and lead times through continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes safety, 5S, quality, and staff development, with cross-functional collaboration and opportunities to shape future state processes within a respected aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR and inventory control.
• Strong teamwork and leadership with safety, change and enthusiasm.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with LEAN teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and continuous improvements for the plant value stream(s).
• Oversee budget adherence and staff development under Value Stream Manager guidance.
• Develop future state value stream maps and maintain Improvement Boards.
• Coordinate cross-functional support and ensure safety and 5S compliance.
• Provide cross-training and empower teams to fix problems and improve quality.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficient workflow.
