Job summary

The position involves developing associates, driving 5S standards, implementing standardized work and PDCA using Improvement Boards, and coordinating across shifts to sustain flow and rapid decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant value streams in daily operations and improvements across shifts.
• Develop and maintain a continuous product flow using pull systems and leveling the workload.
• Ensure standardized work, safety compliance and 5S in the area.
• Provide cross training and develop associates for succession and performance.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Manager to map future state value streams and track progress.
