Responsibilities

Own Value Stream P&Ls including cost analysis, margins and productivity.
Lead implementation of POP and long-term manufacturing strategies.
Provide lean leadership resulting in productivity gains.
Meet with Value Stream Leaders to drive continuous improvement and learning.
Direct daily operations and coordinate with off-shift management and shipments.
Promote continuous product flow, pull systems where needed, and leveled workloads.
Ensure standardized work, countermeasures, and safety compliance.
Develop future state value stream maps and maintain tracking centers.
