Qualifications

• Strong teamwork and communication skills; Lean experience preferred.

• Lead plant value streams and drive continuous improvement using Lean methods.
• Ensure safe operations, quality, and on-time production flow.
• Develop standardized work, PDCA tracking, and cross-train teams.
• Coordinate with other departments to balance workload and resources.
