Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a critical manufacturing value stream in the United States. You will direct daily operations, implement Parker Lean systems and Win Strategy, and drive quality, cost reductions, and on-time delivery through a high-performing team.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership with substantial teams, P&L experience, and a strong background in manufacturing, budgeting, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leadership with sizable teams and projects.
• P&L ownership experience preferred.
• Background in accounting, manufacturing, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Value Stream P&Ls, analyze costs and margins.
• Lead Lean initiatives to drive productivity and quality.
• Implement POP and long-term manufacturing strategies.
• Meet regularly with Value Stream Leaders to review performance and improvements.
• Coordinate daily operations, production priorities and shipments.
• Foster standardized work, countermeasures and safety compliance.
• Develop team leaders and associates and conduct performance reviews.
