Job summary

Parker Hannifin Parflex Division in Mansfield, TX seeks a Value Stream Team Leader to drive daily operations and continuous improvements across plant value streams. You will implement the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to ensure safety, quality, and premier customer service while developing a qualified workforce.

You will oversee associates, manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and use PDCA and 5S to standardize work, level workloads, and accelerate problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' management or supervisory experience.
• Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, HR and inventory control.
• Demonstrated teamwork and team-building skills. Promote safety and positive change.
• Good written and verbal communication; LEAN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and continuous improvements for the plant value streams.
• Meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual expectations.
• Develop future state value stream map with the Value Stream Manager.
• Maintain Team Improvement Boards and standardized work for safety and 5S.
• Provide cross-training and develop associates through PDCA cycles.
