Job summary

Dover Corporation’s OPW division seeks a Value Stream Manager in Ohio to coordinate production, optimize resources, and maintain quality. You will lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and collaborate with sales, engineering, quality, maintenance, and shipping to meet schedules and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business with 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and applies ISO 9001 practices and strong leadership to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience and leadership in process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities to optimize resources, costs, and quality.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma events to raise productivity and safety.
• Maintain communication with department leaders across sales, engineering, quality, maintenance, and shipping.
• Oversee the value stream and inbound/outbound logistics of parts and finished goods.
• Supervise and coach a team of 6.
