Job summary

Dover Corporation’s OPW division seeks a Team Leader for on-site manufacturing leadership. You will supervise daily production and warehouse activities, drive lean improvements, and ensure safety and quality while meeting schedule and customer needs.

Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, 5S experience, and the ability to coach teams. On-site role with potential for discretionary bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree with 5+ years in a supervisory manufacturing role.
• Bachelor’s with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Experience in rail or regulated manufacturing is highly desired.
• CNC machining and programming experience is highly desired.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, quality expectations, and inventory practices.
• Proficiency with production/inventory systems, ERP, and Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and warehouse/distribution activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Assign work, prioritize activities, and adjust staffing to meet schedule and customer needs.
• Monitor performance and remove barriers; escalate issues as needed.
• Coach and develop employees with a culture of accountability.
