Job summary

OPW, a Dover company, is seeking a Production Supervisor in our Hamilton, OH facility to lead multi-shift manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with maintenance, logistics, and other departments to meet customer commitments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, knowledge of Lean tools, and experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, or 5+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity leadership in production
• Maintain daily efficiency tracking and drive productivity improvements
• Supervise shifts and workforce to meet production targets
• Coordinate with other departments to support customer satisfaction
• Ensure training and adherence to company policies and ISO standards
• Support 6S and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and develop team members and ensure safe operations
