Job summary

OPW, part of Dover, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate manufacturing teams. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity, supervise shifts, support continuous improvement, and ensure training and policy compliance across the shop floor.

Strong leadership, communication and Lean experience are essential in a manufacturing environment. This role requires 5+ years in supervision, plus a degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with Oracle transactions/Ops

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / business / other applicable field, or 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in supervisory or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle transactions/Ops systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity as top deliverables.
• Update shipment dates and communicate to inside sales.
• Maintain daily efficiency tracking and drive productivity improvements.
• Supervise quality of employees’ work and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate manufacturing needs with other departments to meet customer satisfaction.
• Monitor compliance with OPW policies and provide training.
