Job summary

OPW Fueling Components, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a diverse manufacturing team in Ohio. You will supervise employees and processes, implement visual management and continuous improvement tools, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet customer needs.

Strong leadership, Lean training, and Oracle systems experience are preferred. The role emphasizes safety, quality, on-time delivery, and productivity, with daily efficiency tracking and training to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory/leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle transactions/Ops systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and processes to meet customer needs (internal and external).
• Apply visual management tools to support continuous improvement.
• Provide effective management of operational activities per policy and procedure.
• Ensure materials, tooling, and supervision are provided for work areas.
• Maintain daily efficiency tracking and pursue productivity improvements.
• Supervise quality and safety to meet product quality and employee safety expectations.
• Coordinate production shifts and worker assignments for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals.
• Monitor compliance with OPW policies and provide needed training.
• Promote and increase visual management in shop and support 6S initiatives.
