Job summary

Dover Corporation, through OPW, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive lean initiatives and operational discipline across manufacturing and support processes. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to lead strategic process improvements that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

The ideal candidate will champion lean principles, lead structured problem‑solving, and develop capability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated continuous improvement leadership.
• Experience with project management tools and performance tracking systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Project required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute the continuous improvement strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and manage CI projects delivering measurable safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analyses, and other structured activities.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Sales and Finance to analyze and improve processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track CI progress and communicate results to site leadership.
