Job summary

TIDI Products in Neenah, WI is hiring a Value Stream Manager to lead the Supervisory Team and drive Lean initiatives for safety, quality, and cost management. The role focuses on developing associates, meeting budgets, and ensuring efficient material flow within the Manufacturing Group.

Responsibilities include budgeting, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Quality to achieve strategic goals and continuous improvement daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety.
• Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Supervisory Team including hiring, wage administration, discipline, recognition, training and performance evaluations.
• Allocate resources and plan to meet metrics.
• Prepare department budgets and capital requests within scope.
• Maintain records and reports for the department.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Quality to meet goals.
