Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations with leadership exposure.
• Proven Lean manufacturing experience (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams to optimize value streams from raw material to customer delivery.
• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control KPIs for assigned value streams.
• Implement Lean principles and tools to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain value stream maps to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead time, inventory, and cost.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality to ensure alignment on projects.
• Mentor and coach team members on Lean methodologies and problem-solving.
