Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong ERP and MS Office skills, and proven project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years' related experience.
• Certifications and licenses where relevant.
• Business classes or seminars.
• Communication classes or seminars.
• Leadership classes or seminars.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with changing situations under stress.
• Effective supervisory, planning and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, procedures, policies and safety requirements.
• Safety awareness and compliance are essential.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to analyze and write reports, compute rate/ratio/percent, and develop charts.

Responsibilities

• Direct Supervisory Team engagement including selection, wage administration, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Arrange targeted training based on strategic needs.
• Allocate and plan resources to meet metrics.
• Set and monitor tactical goals; ensure accountability within teams.
• Develop and execute plans to meet strategic goals.
• Maintain schedules for alignment and clarity on metrics.
• Prepare and manage department budget and expenses.
• Prepare capital budget requests within scope.
• Monitor inventory control systems and records.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet goals.
