Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles, value stream management, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the assigned value stream to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to remove barriers.
