Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an AI, Innovation, and Process Improvement Leader to transform product definitions and enable digital transformation across Gas Power CM. You will drive AI/automation initiatives, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable efficiency gains through Lean methodology and rapid prototyping.

The role emphasizes governance, data security, and alignment with corporate strategy, with regional/international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year AI/automation roadmap for core business processes.
• Establish governance for responsible AI, data privacy, model integrity and security.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to map value streams and streamline workflows.
• Evaluate and deploy Generative AI, machine learning, and analytics tools to automate tasks.
• Design change management plans and communicate progress to executives.
