Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years applying Lean/Six Sigma and problem solving.
• Experience leading CI initiatives with measurable results.
• Experience developing reports/dashboards using SQL/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Champion CI culture through leadership, coaching and LD/EBS principles.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, RIEs, Kaizen and cross-functional projects.
• Develop and sustain CI tools: 5S, TPM, Standardized Work and KPIs.
• Create and execute improvement plans for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Integrate SAP, Enovia, PCaT, Ignition and other systems for data-driven ops.
