Job summary
CRH Americas Building Products seeks a manufacturing process improvement professional to drive lean initiatives across Mountain West locations, with heavy travel to Arizona, Utah and Idaho. The role partners with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EHS to deliver profitable improvements.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in precast
- In-depth knowledge of applying lean manufacturing to support continuous operations
- Quality control/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proven track record using lean techniques to improve productivity and profitability
Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards
- Identify opportunities for improvement at regional locations with ops and sales teams
- Provide mentorship and training to plant teams on lean process improvement
- Drive process change with hands-on coordination with plant teams
- Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce waste and costs
- Lead plant improvement workshops to address bottlenecks
- Deliver kaizen, 5S trainings and lean techniques
- Track and ensure completion of identified opportunities
