Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a manufacturing process improvement professional to drive lean initiatives across Texas locations. The role involves heavy travel (75–90%) between plants in Texas and close collaboration with production, engineering and safety teams.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing with strong lean skills, capital project experience, and expertise in ERP/MRP and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Experience applying lean manufacturing to improve production operations.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Track record of delivering lean manufacturing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for significant improvement across regional locations.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant teams on lean processes.
• Lead capital and continuous improvement project analyses and ROI.
