Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a manufacturing process improvement professional to lead lean initiatives and capital projects across the Mountain West region. The role requires close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Safety, and involves extensive travel between Arizona, Utah, and Idaho.

The position is onsite at plants in Chandler, AZ, Nampa, ID, Idaho Falls, ID, or Ogden, UT, with responsibilities spanning process optimization, capital project

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably precast or similar sectors.
• Experience applying lean methodologies to continuous production.
• Quality control/maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and QA standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement at regional locations and justify investments.
• Lead plant-level teams in lean initiatives and capital projects.
• Provide training on kaizen, 5S and lean tools and techniques.
• Drive process changes and optimize plant layouts to reduce waste and costs.
• Oversee and lead capital projects from scoping to ROI analysis and execution.
• Ensure projects align with Operational Excellence policies and best practices.
• Monitor and report progress to ensure on-time completion and budget compliance.
