The role requires 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and project management with Lean/Six Sigma preference. Strong coaching and cross-functional collaboration are essential for driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Key Metrics Alignment: Align metrics with site leadership to drive world-class performance.
• Project Management: Lead projects and manage analytical resources with clear goals.
• Data Analysis: Examine transactional data to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Coaching: Mentor OE Analysts to sustain engagement and accountability.
• Leadership: Drive site and regional leaders to consistent outcomes across locations.
• Communication: Report progress and results to senior management.
• Thought Leadership: Propose improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
