Job summary

You will guide lean thinking across supply chain and empower associates through change management, collaborating with OE analysts, DC managers, and senior leaders.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, or project management, with Lean/Six Sigma exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key Metrics Alignment: Understand and communicate key metrics that drive world-class results at AIT DCs and align leadership actions.
• Project Management: Lead projects and manage resources; implement measurement systems to track progress daily/weekly/monthly.
• Data Analysis: Analyze transactional data to identify improvement opportunities and drill down to root causes.
• Coaching: Coach OE Analysts to ensure engagement, guidance, and accountability on improvement projects.
• Leadership: Drive site and regional leaders to achieve consistent results across locations.
• Communication: Report progress and results to senior management.
• Thought Leadership: Propose improvements to Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost across operations.
