Job summary

Adidas is seeking a Lean Management position in Indianapolis, IN to drive LEAN initiatives across the distribution center (DC). The role involves leading improvement projects, coaching teams, and partnering with Industrial Engineers to standardize processes and improve efficiency.

The candidate will support labor planning, performance management, and LM tool optimization, helping achieve cost competitiveness, product availability, and lead-time reductions. English is the working language.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years applying LEAN concepts.
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all LEAN topics across the DC.
• Function as a change agent and promote creative thinking.
• Conduct internal Lean audits to monitor progress.
• Manage Labor Management tool usage and reporting in DC.
• Support IT teams to optimize LM outputs and meet business needs.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring in LEAN concepts and techniques.
