Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a Continuous Improvement Lead for DC Operations to drive lean thinking across supply chain operations. You will guide OE analysts, DC managers, and leaders while leading and delivering CI projects with a data-driven approach.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in CI, data analysis, or project management, with preference for Lean Six Sigma and field ops experience in industrial distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3–5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis or project management.
• Lean, Six Sigma or OpEx experience preferred.
• Field operations experience in an industrial distribution business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence OE analysts, DC managers, and leaders to drive CI.
• Identify improvement opportunities using data, analysis and observation.
• Establish lean principles in core operating processes.
• Coach teams and empower associates through change management.
