Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years in continuous improvement, data analysis, and/or project management.
• Preference for Lean, Six Sigma, or other OpEx platforms.
• Field operations experience in an industrial distribution business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Key Metrics Alignment: understand and communicate metrics to drive world-class results across AIT DCs.
• Project Management: manage projects and resources and implement measurement systems.
• Data Analysis: analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and root causes.
• Coaching: act as a coach for OE Analysts to drive engagement and accountability.
• Leadership: drive site and regional leaders to consistent, optimal results.
• Communication: effectively report progress to senior management.
• Thought Leadership: provide leadership on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost improvements.
