The role emphasizes safety culture, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable performance gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years Lean/Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as CPG, food or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture and enforce policies.
• Improve OEE through Lean practices and 5S/visual management.
• Lead Kaizen events and align with Lean Steering Committee.
• Develop workforce capabilities to run Kaizens.
• Organize data and perform cost analyses for improvement feasibility.
• Travel as required; maintain HACCP awareness.
