Job summary

Eaton’s Santa Ana, CA facility is seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to drive Lean transformation and ELSS deployment, improving productivity and problem-solving capabilities across the site.

You will mentor CI technicians, document current state metrics, lead Value Stream Mapping, develop simulations, and provide lean training to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Apply your leadership to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Continuous Improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Mentor CI Technicians to support manufacturing initiatives.
• Document current state metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping to capture steps, bottlenecks, waste and hand-offs.
• Develop simulations to inform layout decisions and lean material flow.
• Provide lean training to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Own the site’s ELSS Roadmap and align with Operational Excellence goals.
• Develop standardization, visual controls, and leader standard work.
• Create model cells and deploy digital boards for real-time metrics.
• Drive ELSS updates, employee engagement, and cost-out initiatives.
