Church & Dwight is hiring a Continuous Improvement Supervisor for its Victorville, CA facility. The role focuses on identifying and improving manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.
You will build Lean capability at the site and drive safety and operational excellence. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of Lean/CI experience with supervisory responsibilities in fast-paced manufacturing such as CPG, food or pharma.

The CI Supervisor is responsible for identifying and improving the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase customer satisfaction. He/she also increases the critical mass of Lean practitioners at the site.
