Job summary

HDT Global is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean manufacturing initiatives at our facility. You will identify opportunities, analyze data, and lead cross-functional CI projects to reduce waste and improve throughput.

The role requires strong change leadership, experience in Lean/Six Sigma, and the ability to train production teams in CI concepts. Travel up to 30% is expected to support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from accredited school preferred or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in manufacturing environments
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and value stream mapping
• Strong change agent with credibility and influence
• Travel up to 30%
• Demonstrated leadership in lean concepts and execution

Responsibilities

• Develops a Continuous Improvement strategy aligned with site leadership
• Analyzes lead times, costs, waste, and productivity for improvements
• Leads CI projects to achieve expected benefits
• Coordinates CI project plans and assigns roles
• Partners with leaders to complete improvements in a timely manner
• Provides lean/CI training to production teams
• Leads Operational Excellence initiatives (Kanban, flow, tempo, mapping, 5S)
• Sustains gains with value stream teams
