Job summary

Church & Dwight is hiring a Continuous Improvement Supervisor for its Victorville, CA facility. The role focuses on identifying and improving manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction.

You will build Lean capability at the site and drive safety and operational excellence. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of Lean/CI experience with supervisory responsibilities in fast-paced manufacturing such as CPG, food or pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years Lean/CI experience preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as CPG, food, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and enforce plant safety policies.
• Improve OEE using Lean tools and visual management.
• Lead Kaizen events and coordinate with Lean Steering Committee.
• Facilitate Kaizen projects, train team members, and track countermeasures.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and feasibility of improvements.
• Support iOpex implementation actions and progress tracking.
• Adhere to company procedures and work rules.
