Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure seeks a Manufacturing Process Improvement professional to drive lean initiatives across Texas locations. The role involves leading cross‑functional teams, implementing capital projects, and delivering measurable efficiency gains through standardized processes.

Travel will be heavy across Texas facilities, and onsite collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in precast or similar sectors.
• Proven lean manufacturing expertise to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production methods using lean tools and quality controls.
• Identify opportunities to apply lean/process improvements to boost profitability.
• Provide guidance and training to plant teams implementing lean initiatives.
• Drive process changes with hands-on coordination at plant level.
• Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce costs.
• Lead capital project analyses and ROI evaluation with operations.
• Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence framework.
