Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Manufacturing Process Improvement professional to lead lean initiatives, capital projects, and plant optimization across the Mid-Atlantic region. The role requires strong collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety, and involves 75–90% travel between multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in precast.
• Experience applying lean methodologies to support continuous production operations.
• Knowledge of quality control/maintenance in manufacturing settings.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and project management tools like MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for significant improvement and apply lean processes or capital investment to boost profitability.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant teams executing lean initiatives.
• Lead plant-level process changes and coordinate with operations and support functions.
• Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce waste and costs.
• Lead capital project evaluations, ROI analyses, and implementation.
• Translate operational needs into clear project requirements and specifications.
