Benchmark Electronics Inc. in Minnesota:Winona is seeking a Lean Sigma Champion to lead value stream transformation, coach cross-functional teams, and sustain Lean culture across site, regional, and global levels.

You will implement DMAIC projects, mentor teams, and drive process improvements with a focus on cost reduction and quality enhancement. Responsibilities include guiding Lean sessions, reporting savings, and maintaining data integrity while staying current with Lean best practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
• 2+ years in IE/ME/QE/Planning/Line Management or equivalent
• Bronze Certification through Benchmark, recognized or accredited organization
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through a recognized or accredited organization
• Experience with Minitab or similar software required

Mansioni

• Align value stream with site, regional and global strategy.
• Lead and coach Value Stream sessions, project identification, and prioritization.
• Drive Lean to increase product velocity and quality while reducing transformation cost.
• Engage with Value Stream owners to create a system for human development through Kaizen events, Blitzes, and Lean projects.
• Provide coaching and facilitate Bronze Certification projects and mentoring sessions.
• Promote Lean tools and methodologies and maintain proficiency.
