Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Lean Sigma Champion to lead focused value stream transformation at the Minnesota site. You will coach teams, promote Lean practices, and drive continuous improvement to enhance velocity and quality while reducing transformation costs.

With a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 2+ years in IE/ME/QE or related roles, you will apply Six Sigma tools, statistics, and process mapping to deliver measurable productivity gains across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field preferred.
• 2+ years experience in IE, ME, QE, Planning, Line Management or equivalent position.
• Bronze Certification through Benchmark or equivalent recognition.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through a recognized or accredited organization.
• Experience with Minitab or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Align value stream with site, regional and global strategy.
• Lead Lean to increase product velocity and quality while reducing transformation cost.
• Coach Value Stream sessions, project identification and prioritization.
• Provide leadership in Six Sigma to drive critical process control.
• Mentor teams and drive DMAIC projects for measurable productivity gains.
