Job summary

Foxconn WI is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Champion to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives across PCBA and SMT production areas. You will analyze data, drive root-cause resolution, and implement sustainable actions using DMAIC and Lean methodologies.

The role develops internal audits, KPIs, and dashboards to sustain gains in productivity, quality, and process control, while mentoring teams and ensuring ISO 9001 alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years leading Lean or Six Sigma in manufacturing.
• Experience with PCBA/SMT and data-driven improvements.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects for process improvement, cost reduction, and quality.
• Analyze data, identify root causes, implement corrective actions using DMAIC.
• Develop internal auditing to monitor performance and compliance.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track outcomes.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Serve as SME for Lean Six Sigma tools and data-driven decisions.
• Train and mentor staff in Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Drive standardization and 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping.
• Ensure improvements meet quality systems, regulatory and customer standards.
