You will drive continuous improvement and align initiatives with site strategy, delivering measurable productivity gains and reinforcing a culture of excellence. The role requires 2+ years in IE/ME/QE, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, and certification credentials, including Black Belt, with hands-on Minitab and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field preferred.
• 2+ years in IE, ME, QE, Planning, Line Management or equivalent position.
• Bronze Certification through Benchmark, recognized or accredited organization.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through a recognized or accredited organization.
• Experience with Minitab or similar software required.

Responsabilidades

• Align value stream with site, regional and global strategy.
• Lead Lean culture with Corporate Lean Sigma Director and sustain initiatives.
• Provide leadership, coaching in Value Stream sessions, and project prioritization.
• Use Lean tools to increase product velocity and quality while reducing costs.
• Coach in Six Sigma tools and facilitate Belt certification projects.
