Job summary

Benchmark, located in Winona, MN, seeks a Lean Sigma Champion to drive value stream transformation and Lean culture across the site. You will guide cross-functional teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and mentor colleagues to achieve sustainable improvements in velocity, quality, and cost.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or closely related) and 2+ years in IE/ME/QE roles, with Six Sigma Black Belt and Minitab proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field preferred.
• 2+ years in IE, ME, QE, Planning, Line Management or equivalent position.
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification through a recognized or accredited organization.
• Experience with Minitab or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Align value stream with site, regional and global strategy.
• Lead Value Stream sessions, project identification, and prioritization.
• Provide coaching and support in Lean projects and mentoring sessions.
• Drive Lean to increase product velocity and quality while reducing transformation cost.
• Use Six Sigma to achieve measurable productivity gains and data-driven improvements.
