St. Clair Health seeks a Director of Organizational Performance Excellence to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across the healthcare system. This role will coach leaders in scientific problem solving, develop LSS capabilities, and advance an organization-wide culture of continuous improvement.

The position requires establishing and teaching LSS methodologies, driving data-driven projects, and delivering financial, productivity, and quality insights to support strategic goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, industrial engineering, healthcare, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of relevant experience in performance improvement, including 3–5 years in a leadership role within a mature Lean Six Sigma program, preferably in healthcare.
• Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis and analytical problem solving.
• Experience teaching Lean Six Sigma methods, tools, and skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced computer skills: Windows, MS Office, Minitab, QI Macros.
• Proven track record leading successful performance improvement projects.
• Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ certification.
