Job summary

RTS seeks a collaborative leader to helm cross-functional process-improvement initiatives. The role combines project management, Lean Six Sigma, systems thinking, and data analysis to streamline operations, improve customer service, and deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Three years of experience in project management, process improvement, or related field; equivalent combinations considered.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement projects from planning through implementation.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
• Develop project plans, documentation, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Analyze operational and financial data to support strategic decisions.
• Improve customer service and operational workflows across departments.
• Lead change management efforts and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
