Job summary

ALSAC is seeking an Advisor, Quality and Continuous Improvement to boost efficiency and stakeholder experience through Lean Six Sigma and quality tools. You will work with the Director of Enterprise Quality Management to identify opportunities, drive cross‑functional improvements, and establish robust metrics to sustain change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of business process improvement experience in a similar role.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; advanced experience in lieu of credentials will be considered.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in process mapping and stakeholder collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of quality management methods such as TQM, Baldrige, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with financial statements and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Enterprise Quality Management to develop and deploy strategies for a quality-focused global enterprise.
• Identify opportunities across the enterprise and advise owners on solutions using quality tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Conduct operational assessments of critical workflows and establish metrics and reporting for sustainable change.
• Lead or support process-improvement projects and deliver timely results including quick wins.
• Assist in resolving quality issues impacting revenue, donor experience, and brand across all stages.
• Deliver training and mentoring to develop organizational capability for continuous improvement.
