This role requires a data-driven professional with over 5 years of experience in Project Management and Continuous Improvement. You will manage complex projects, implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure operational readiness for key changes.

The successful candidate will also have a relevant certification and be capable of designing business processes that enhance user experience while minimizing risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, or similar.
• Experience designing business processes for optimal user experience.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of product changes.
• Lead change management projects based on metrics and data.
