Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience developing and implementing continuous improvement programs.
• Strong experience with process improvement, Lean methodologies, and business transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders and process owners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business process management and continuous improvement strategies.
• Lead large-scale Lean Six Sigma and process transformation initiatives from identification through implementation.
• Map and analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leadership and process owners to drive stakeholder alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, root cause analysis, Kaizen, and process optimization.
• Build internal capabilities by training and coaching teams on Lean and continuous improvement practices.
• Use data-driven analysis to identify performance gaps and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, service, and cost.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, visual management tools, project reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify and replicate successful best practices across different areas of the organization.
• Present project progress, results, efficiency gains, and cost savings to senior leadership.
