Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional continuous improvement and project portfolio initiatives at our site in the United States. You will drive Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving activities from scope through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery and value creation.

You will coach teams on Lean principles, conduct time studies and capacity analyses, and coordinate a 12-month Kaizen roadmap to sustain a high-performing operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement or Lean in manufacturing.
• 3+ years facilitating Lean tools like VSM, Kaizen, standard work.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional CI and PM initiatives from scope to implementation.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, Gemba walks, problem-solving.
• Manage site project portfolio and track progress with standard PM processes.
• Analyze data, conduct time studies and capacity assessments for optimization.
