CVS Health Corporation seeks a Manager of Process Engineering to lead process improvement across Information Security and Technology Solutions. You will drive DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, develop SOPs and KPIs, and partner with IT, security, and operations to scale improvements.

Role emphasizes governance, documentation, and delivering measurable capacity gains while reducing risk. Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years’ related experience. 40-hour week, full-time.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, analysis, and change management.
• 3+ years of experience establishing or operating within a formal BPM framework, including: Process inventory and taxonomy management, Process documentation and standardization, Process ownership models and governance routines
• 2+ years of experience using process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Mural, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Responsabilidades

• Apply DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve complex, cross‑functional problems.
• Partner with ISTS leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute high‑impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise goals and ISTS OKRs.
• Deliver measurable capacity and efficiency gains, expense reduction, and risk avoidance, validated through standardized measurement and reporting.
• Ensure process improvements are sustainable, controlled, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain a healthy improvement backlog and prioritize initiatives with the greatest value potential.
