You will support project lifecycles, apply Lean Six Sigma and CQI techniques, and help deliver measurable cost, safety, and operational gains while sustaining improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Industrial Engineering major strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Improvement, Process Redesign, Reengineering, CQI, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate process redesign with cross-functional teams.
• Implement sustainable improvement solutions and support project lifecycles from planning to execution.
• Drive measurable outcomes in cost, quality, safety, and operational effectiveness while enabling exceptional patient care.
