Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Senior Process Improvement Professional to join our Ambulatory Operations team at Sentara Park. You will identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other data-driven methodologies to boost efficiency, quality, and productivity.

You will mentor other PI Engineers, lead cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements, monitor outcomes, and present detailed findings to senior management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience in process improvement engineering and mapping.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other data-driven methodologies.
• Mentor PI Engineers and lead cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements.
• Create detailed reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations to senior management.
