Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a Director of Process Improvement to lead a team driving transformative changes in clinical and operational processes. The role partners with senior leadership to identify opportunities, allocate resources, and implement Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies across divisions.

Responsibilities include designing and executing improvement initiatives, managing multiple projects, and guiding change management across financial, operational, and human resources

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree is required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance or Healthcare Management with Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies.

Mansioni

• Lead a Process Improvement team with focus on clinical and operational processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities and allocate resources.
• Design, plan, and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean Six Sigma, CQI, etc.).
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and oversee change management including financial and HR considerations.
