Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years in process improvement engineering and mapping required.
• Experience with workflow redesign, labor management, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement improvements.
• Mentor PI Engineers and provide training and guidance.
• Create detailed reports for senior management communicating findings.
